You are invited to participate in a survey to prioritize research on small-quantity lipid-based nutrient supplements (SQ-LNS). There is a strong evidence base supporting the efficacy of SQ-LNS, but more research is needed to inform implementation and scaling-up of SQ-LNS within a variety of health, nutrition, and social protection programs.

We are seeking input from researchers, technical experts, program implementers, suppliers, donors, and government representatives. Your valuable contribution will help inform the direction of future research and funding in this area.

This survey was developed using the Child Health and Nutrition Research Initiative (CHNRI) approach and consists of a list of 20 research questions that have been proposed by members of the SQ-LNS Task Force.  We ask you to evaluate each of the proposed questions against a specified set of criteria: Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Research Affordability. For each criteria, you will be asked to rate the questions on a scale ranging from “highly likely” to “highly unlikely.”

We expect that this survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and recommend using a computer or tablet for optimal viewing. Your responses will be anonymous. Please feel free to forward the survey link to colleagues in your network who have an interest in this topic.

This survey will be closed on March 1, 2024.
